Business Development Manager

This is an exciting role that will combine business development and account management. The Business Development Manager will work with our design and production team to develop and grow an existing database of clients as well as develop new customers.  The Business Development Manager will manage the sales, take care of the clients needs and foster new business relationships. 




Responsibilities:
• Pro-active approach to Sales, meeting prospects and developing relationships.
• Management of existing portfolio of accounts.
• Take Inbound Calls from existing Customers, using up-selling and cross-selling techniques to maximise order revenue.
• Develop accounts and identify new business opportunities. 
• Delivering on set sales targets.
• Managing and maintaining Customer records accurately within the system.
• Customer liaison and work closely with production department. 


Requirements:
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets. 
• Excellent communication skills and IT skills. 
• Full driving licence. 
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive can-do attitude. 
• Strong record of problem solving. 
• Must be well organised and very capable of working in a fast paced environment. 
• Knowledge of the print, design and web industries a plus.
